Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted body care products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll be happy to review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Please not that our products are handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
